COPS fear a Freemason mum who went missing at sea was 'already dead' in a chilling final photo taken moments before she set sail.
But days later their boat was found submerged by a fisherman, about four nautical miles out to sea with just one life-jacket on board. The photo was taken by Menevau’s sister Christina before the pair set off on what was meant to be a three-day trip.
