Fears face masks, working from home and Covid vaccine passports could return

Dr Hillary revealed his concern for the NHS this morning on Good Morning Britain.

"We obviously keep very close watch on the latest statistics. We always knew the coming months would be challenging." Professor Ravi Gupta, a member of the New and Emerging Respiratory Virus Threats Advisory Group , is one expert calling for the Government’s plan B to be implemented now.: “We’re just far too reliant on our relatively modest vaccination coverage as our only line of defence.”

“In short, if you unlock when there’s a lot of virus around and get rid of all mitigations, you’ll see high levels of infections. The big question is what will society find acceptable, or tolerate, as the price we’re prepared to pay for ‘freedom’.” “Booster vaccinations are there to prevent hospitalisations and ultimately to save lives. Delays matter,” he toldAzeem Majeed, professor of primary care at Imperial College London, said a lower uptake of third doses was "inevitable", adding: "People were initially told that two doses were enough. They were in lockdown, and the vaccine was their ticket out of it."

Prof Preston also raised concerns of the proportion of unvaccinated people in the UK - around 15 per cent of adults have not had their first dose. The concerns surrounding the jabs roll out comes as more and more NHS trusts are facing pressure as we head into the winter months.

Royal College of Paediatrics head calls for an end to Covid testing in schools'You are asking completely healthy children to test, with the potential to be excluded [from school]. There is just a real concern that we are increasing a level of chaos into the system that is unnecessary,' says Dr Camilla Kingdon I suspect a 'chickenpox' strategy. - Children deemed invulnerable (ignores long covid and *unknown* long term effects). - Infect early, infect young, infect all. - Infecting as vectors that boost waning adult immunity. SAGE 94 quote. No, they’re asking potentially infected children to test. They just don’t know which till they test them, obviously. Who is this woman? Is she more interested in protecting children’s long-term health, or exam results?.. 'Unnecessary chaos ?' More and more children (and teachers I'd assume) are getting sick and it's being treated as an inconvenience this is beyond horrible
