Jimmy Hoffmeyer filed the suit against the Mount Pleasant Public Schools school district on behalf of his daughter, Jurnee, in federal court Tuesday. Person’s skin colour is irrelevant. The (very serious) crime was cutting the child’s hair without permission. Had someone done this to my child I would have been serving time for my actions 😡
