The grieving family of a dad who died in prison just weeks before his release date are desperate for answers. Jason Hussey, 30, is one of six prisoners to die suddenly at HMP Parc in Bridgend, Wales, since February 27. The dad-of-two, who passed away on February 27, was due to be released on April 1 and was “excited” to be coming home, his loved ones have claimed. Sister Jessica and brother Damien say there has been a “shocking” lack of information about Jason’s death, Wales Online reports.
Authorities have said four deaths at the jail are believed to be drug-related with two others deemed non-suspicious. The young dad’s family claim they haven’t been told which category he falls into and questioned why they had to find out about the jail drug issues in the media.
