Calls to patients are FIVE TIMES the cost of those by inmates after inmates got price cut

Those using hospital bedside phones face paying more for calls than prisoners. The disparity is from an apparent agreement between HM Prison Service and BT. The costs of calling landlines during the day have been slashed by 50 per cent.
