Climate activists have kept control of four sites in London for a second night, with police saying they have caused “serious disruption” affecting half a million people in the city.
So wait, what is their actual goal?
My feeling is that Extinction rebellion should concentrate on blocking roads not public transport.
It's a valid point that blocking mass transit is counterproductive since part of the solution is more mass transit. That aside, I support their efforts and really hope they have real-world plans beyond marches.

'Climate activists' are a bit unlucky. If only they could name themselves as Greenpeace, they would be able to do anything overseas, claiming oil rigs & more. And government tougher with media would unite behind them. But climate activists in London... asking for arrest

Blocking public transport is no solution, because public transport is the solution. Blocking cars with excessive CO2 exhaust may be a temporary signal.
It would be nice if the 'G; knocked out an article on these white middle class protesters in which to reveal how many own cars, went abroad on holidays by jet plane and who are happy to condemn others.
