Monkeypox may NEVER be eliminated because too many infections are going under radar and our PETS could continue to harbour virus

Epidemiologist warned that new cases may slow down but risk is they will 'not be eliminated in some places'. Dr Adam Kucharski said this means monkeypox may spread to animals and become well-established in UK.
