EXHAUSTED Ryan Thomas has spent the past three days trekking 78 miles across the country in a bid to raise awareness of male suicide.Ryan Thomas takes a well-earned rest after walking 78 milesThe former Coronation Street star revealed his feet are covered in bubbling blisters as he struggles through the challenge.Ryan says the mental challenge of putting one foot in front of the other has been harder than anticipated.
