How close are we to the SouthAfricanGP returning to the calendar? 🧐 Formula_Nerds have the latest... F1

Rumours of the South African racetrack, the Kyalami circuit, re-joining the Formula One calendar for 2023 began circulating social media over the past few days.“At the moment, there is a deal on the table, a multi-year deal. But it yet to officially be signed.”“They’re very hopeful for a 2023 race. There’s just a few more details that need to be ironed out, one of them being our local government’s tourism industry signing off on the deal.

“Judging by how F1 are planning the calendar and clustering the races together geographically. We would end up being early 2023.” “The track itself also needs to be upgraded, it is still a grade 2 circuit. April has been thrown around quite a bit. I think that would be way too soon personally.”As many tracks from the current F1 calendar are currently at risk of being cut, Formula One appears to be open to the inclusion of new circuits shaking up the sport.

F1 drivers call Austria track limits "bit of a joke" after 43 incidentsF1 drivers have described the handling of track limits infringements 'a bit of a joke' and 'a bit stupid' after 43 incidents were reported in the AustrianGP. I don't know what's the problem Everyone wanted consistent and strict track limits rules and now you have them. It's easy. Don't cross the white line with 2 wheels and you are fine. Best drivers in the world™...the throttle works both ways (unless you had LEC's throttle!) In this article i agree with Norris's point, while strictly enforcing track limits is desirable, it is a bit stupid to punish track limits in parts of the track where exceding those limits already punish you, like Turn 1.
