Ex-Tory minister Andrew Griffiths found to have raped wife

A former Conservative minister has been found to have raped and physically abused his wife.

The judge made findings in favour of Ms Griffiths but decided that they should not be made public, in order to protect the child at the centre of the family court proceedings. She said she waived her right to anonymity "because I recognise the unique position I am in to campaign to improve the outcomes of cases such as this, for those who endure domestic violence, and the actions taken to protect the children involved".

The judge said Ms Griffiths had "proved in her oral evidence to me" that Mr Griffiths "did rape her when sexual intercourse took place".Ms Griffiths said rapes had begun while she was asleep.

Oh god what's wrong with these people in parliament

“parliamentary standards watchdog” clearly not fit for purpose having earlier found no evidence and cleared him of any wrongdoing coverup

Family court judge (scum in their own right) claims someone is guilty without evidence. Considering the amount of suicides due to emotional abuse / coercive control & parental alienation, when do we start holding women perps & judges accountable for the deaths they cause

If your concern is for your child then you don’t Rape the child’s mother when she’s asleep. And you don’t expect that you can take someone and have it kept private. Because you are a risk to the public & to the next woman you pick up.
