Rugby star Gareth Cooper's ex-wife has been ordered to pay back just £1 after swindling him out of £1m. But Leyshon, 41, fraudulently obtained mortgages and loans in her husband's name while telling Mr Cooper the struggling business was"thriving". So let me get this straight. She robs him of over £1M causing him to be bankrupt and after a police investigation and a court case she gets a 2-year suspended sentence (doesn't go to jail) and has to pay £1 (ONE POUND!!) to him... British justice fails AGAIN...
