The former Labour MP for Kensington has revealed she underwent treatment for breast cancer days before narrowly losing her seat to the Conservatives in the general election.
Very good of the Tory-run NHS to save her life.
Very brave and honorable of her not to let the diagnosis become an election issue! I wish her a speedy recovery.
I hope she gets well soon but... there’s not really a story here is there?
