Great Britain's Alice Kinsella has won balance beam gold at the European Championships in Poland.

Kinsella said:"It's been a rollercoaster for me. My all-around competition didn't go to plan but I knew I had today to put that right. Immediately after her medal ceremony, Kinsella was also involved in the floor final. Despite having no time to warm up she still managed to score 13.1 - an improvement on her qualifying result - to place seventh overall.
