THE EUROPEAN Space Agency (ESA) has signed a £75million ($102million) deal to bring a huge piece of space junk down from orbit which posed a threat to satellite technology.

Space junk, which can include debris from defunct satellites and pieces of rockets, is proving to be an increasingly prominent problem
