Roxy Shahidi opened up about her dad’s death in the episode of Drama Queens that aired on Wednesday, April 17. The actress was filmed attending Dancing on Ice rehearsals - which she competed in at the beginning of the year. And as she spoke to the cameras during the reality series, Roxy revealed her dad was the reason why she decided to go on the show.
Whilst she was training for the series, Roxy sang the praises of Emmerdale who she said let her pull back her usually busy schedule so she could rehearse. On working with Sylvain, Roxy said during the show: “He’s so consistent. He's so generous, like in terms of encouragement and he wants to get the best out of you. But it's always about making sure that everything's very safe. It's never about like he wants to show off.
