Emmerdale fans complain as they spot problem with Harriet's funeral scenes

Emmerdale fans were left unimpressed as Harriet Finch was laid to rest. Viewers of the ITV soap have already seen the heartbreaking double funeral of Faith and Liv Dingle last week but on Thursday night , all attention turned to the police officer's final farewell.

Harriet was able to be dragged from the quad bike by Kim Tate, but as viewers started to see petrol spilling from the vehicle, it was struck by a lightning bolt and caused and explosion that caught Harriet and Kim in its wake. While Kim, played by Claire King, got away with a bang on the head, Harriet lost her life leading to Katherine Dow-Blyton's exit from Emmerdale.

But Emmerdale viewers were quick to comment on social media as much of Harriet's funeral happened off-screen, leading to many suggesting the character 'deserved better'.

Honestly I loved them shoving that scumbag in the boot- I was cheering.
