Its not going to be 'Fully' up and running forat least another year. Meanwhile TfL are already, after one day, talking of removing existing bus routes along it's route!!
South East, Zone 3 and 4 needs its own crossrail North to South.
It's so easy to zip around London cheaply. Try travelling around the North West on a budget. That's if your train or bus actually turns up on time.
