TfL has identified a problem at Farringdon as Thameslink passenger connect to the new Elizabeth line
Passengers have complained they are having to leave Farringdon and touch in on re-entry to get the correct fare.TfL has said it is going to install readers.Thameslink's network runs between Bedford and Brighton via central London, including stations such as Farringdon.while the Elizabeth Line is marked on the iconic map with a purple and white segmented line.
Incompetent on a grand scale!
They’ve got to get the money back for the overspending
I've had similar problems in the past with overland to TfL in those stations where are they they share a platform
They’re making people log on and fill out a big form to get their money back too 💀
Solution sought? Err, gave you tried programming you ticket machines to not overcharge people, tfl?
