More details have emerged in a terrifying crash on the set of Eddie Murphy 's new movie The Pickup on Saturday which saw eight people hospitalized after a stunt went terribly wrong.
Two crew members who were seated in the back of the armored car were ejected when the car's back doors opened, sustaining life-threatening injuries. 'Unfortunately, the sequence did not go as planned and several members of the crew were injured as a result,' the spokesperson stated. On Tuesday, it was reported by The Associated Press that the incident was a car crash which took place when a truck 'locked up' and hit another vehicle.
