Alexandre Pigeard told an off-duty nurse to run when she tried to help him after he was stabbed by an attacker on London Bridge
She told the Old Bailey she initially thought there had been a car crash when a man appeared carrying the injured Mr Pigeard.She said: ‘In any emergency situation I’m trained to be quite inward. I can be calm when I need to be.Helen Kennett thought she was going to die after the attacker stabbed her in the neck while she tried to help Mr Pigeard
‘I looked at him and thought, “That’s not a car accident that’s something more”. It happened so quickly and I thought, ‘He’s been attacked by a knife’, and then I saw the knife.’
