ALTHOUGH the default owner of an image is usually the photographer and therefore subjects of the photograph don’t own the IP … I just don’t agree with copyright law!!
If this was a photo from a shoot I'd understand this. But not being able to use a picture taken of you in an opportunitisitc manner, probably without your consent, in a public context seems a bit weird.
That's ridiculous maybe the paps shouldn't take photos of her in the first place without her permission.

Know the paps have a job to do or whatever, but surely you can't copyright a picture of someone against themselves? I understand copyrighting it against other paps using it. But the person in the pic should be able to do what they like? Doesn't seem fair to me otherwise.
