Doku and Akanji return - City fans pick team to face Bournemouth

Manchester City will look to continue their momentum this afternoon as they host Bournemouth and supporters have called for Jeremy Doku to start.

Guardiola opted to start his most trusted players for the win over Manchester United but supporters have opted to bring in a couple of summer signings for the visit of Bournemouth. Erling Haaland looks back to his clinical best and grabbed a derby-day brace at Old Trafford. He's now on 13 goals for the season and will hope to increase that number against a leaky Cherries defence. Julian Alvarez will hope to be more involved in the goals this weekend after failing to register a goal or assist last weekend. Rodri will continue to keep things tight further back, protecting against potential Bournemouth counter-attacks.
