I need more popcorns

I blame the media, negativity sells news, who's going to be interested once they know the future is hunky dory.

Oh please do us a favour! If anything the figures are being under-reported. The figures we get as for those who have been tested but what about the possible millions who have not been tested yet are carrying the virus. This continuous onslaught by Govt friendly media is dangerous.

give me a guiness

You are only telling us what we have known for ages. Our stats are useless. Even new cases are questionable. People report lateral flow tests as positive then go for PCR. So 2 positive new cases per person.

How are the stats for the number of Covid deaths post the 28 day period 'testing positive' period accounted for? i.e. day 29, 30 ,31 and so on?

Covid: Doubts that ex-teachers will return by JanuaryRetired staff are being asked to go back because more Covid-related absences are expected next term. I'm guessing they are ex teachers for a reason. Either moved on to other careers or have retired & are thus of an age where they are more vulnerable than current teachers. Sure some would return anyway but not sure it'll be many.
