During his 2016 keynote address at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Barack Obama went so far as to say: “Even if all restrictions on voting were eliminated, African Americans would still have one of the lowest voting rates. That’s not good. That is on us.’” On the other end of the spectrum, Trump insinuated that black voters stayed home during the election. “They didn’t come out to vote for Hillary. They didn’t come out… so thank you to the African American community.

Everything is racist...if you are hell-bent on making everything racist. I would like to think that AMERICANS vote...but, somebody always bursts my bubble whenever I think of us as AMERICANS before ALL other laels...and the notion of an AMERICAN PEOPLE goes down the tubes.

Of course they do. What's racist is saying that requiring ID to vote would be suppressing, because liberals think so lowly of black people that they don't think they have ID or can obtain one.

There is no voter suppression for black people. The requirement that you have an ID is for ALL Americans. The idea that only black people can't have ID to vote is itself racist.
