skin colour documented. Middle class white men really really do fucking hate women with brown skin. muniramirza Munira Mirza

Maybe you could also criticise the prejudicial views of the BBC appointed impartiality judge - but you wont because he's ardently pro-EU & anti Govt. Guardian prejudice evidential!

Why only one ‘adviser’? How about a panel of advisers made up with some chosen by people of colour?

Waste of time let’s not waste anymore time on this. The struggle continues!!!

Another commission to study the results of an other commision that studied the results of an other commission. Sounds like they're still in the EU.

What a bunch of ‘legitimate’ racists on here....

You’re upset that people people with some common sense are going to be involved? God forbid!

Lol i like her, we need a healthy does of skepticism. If it so clear cut then the institutional racism proponents will make a unbeatable case. Time people proved all these accusations with thoroughly reviewed stats.

Fantastic choice.

She sounds spot on. Identity politics are the most hateful, racist, divisive form of politics. We need someone who can bring us together.

No dismay. Only your, hateful agenda. She has previously studied racism claims and found no evidence. That doesn't suit you but it doesn't make her wrong. How about letting her get on with the job and stop cryarsing

Someone just explained the coconut comments. Tough exterior but sweet and juicy on the inside. Smutty men 😬

Racism evident in these replies.

This is all askew from the beginning. According to the FT, part of its remit will be to look at white working class boys’ underachievement. This is an offensive, racist conflation of issues from the outset.

and she’s wrong how exactly? What institutions drive inequality? Wait I know the answer is “patriarchy”

Lip service.

Diane Abbott: 'dead on arrival'. Captures the mood perfectly.

so....women and in this instance, a woman from a minority group should only have opinions approved by others, right, got it

You had three reporters writing this piece, yet it contains a basic factual error that a glance at Wikipedia would have revealed: “[Mirza] spent eight years as Johnson’s deputy mayor for culture in London”. Your journalists are as thick as your dwindling number of paying readers

I do like coconut and chocolate. It's a great combination - as an ice cream or as a chocolate bar. Macaroons are also nice, dipped in chocolate. No idea why that came into my head.

Lol Mirza & Philips😁 When Leopold & Columbus are unavailable.

UK government always making things worse. BorisJohnsonMustGo

Nothing new there. It is consistent with the Tory Party's desire to pander to its xenophobes and closet racists who have always been there but also a new uglier Leave supporting wave has been cultivated as the Tories' support base. They must not be disappointed.

What a surprise. Oxford university. What the fuck

What's Indian for an uncle Tom...I mean uncle Ben Carson? Is it aunt Patel?

Reading this it is hard to imagine a worse choice. Almost like they are laughing at us - again

Hello , how're you doing and I hope you're well? Are you open for a business idea that has been earning a lot of investors over $100k - $500k passive income trading the CRYPTO CURRENCY AND BITCOIN MINING trades using automated trading softwares?

Dismay, outrage, misery - the guardian and their readers just don’t seem to be able to enjoy life

This Vote Leave government sits on the extreme right of the Conservative party. They were happy to push Brexit on a nationalistic racist agenda so don't expect anything other than lip service from them or else you'll be very disappointed.

Conservatives are purposely choosing these sellout Indians / Asians. This hurts me deep. Some people will never get out of the slave - master mindset. Trust me a lot carry it with them.

Lol! Boris loves these arguably self-hating, gaslighting, denialist Asians. Wonder if their community is proud of them? Not like they’re much better off than Black people re: societal outcomes etc.

There was an official Commission for Racial Equality, first run by Peter Newsam, Herman Ouseley, later Trevor Phillips. The CRE was disbanded and never replaced. Somehow the title, Commission for Race Equality sounds more positive that Race Inequality Commission.

As long as the suckers fall for this they'll keep with the tried and tested.

No doubt there'll be another rant from the master of opportunism David Lammy

Screw this imaginary 'dismay' of yours...tell us please , if you will be closing down due to your past and present Racist history ?

Inequalities Commission Recruitment Interview Question 1: What are your thoughts on institutional racism? Answer: I'm not sure it even exists... Congratulations, you've got the job, when can you come and join us? Answer: I already work here.

A Ben Carson-like figure head?

So very BoJo. Like Priti Patel's appointment, this is very much designed to deflate any attempt to criticise this appointment along racial lines and to deflect from the substantive work carried out by the person.

Poor choice

More gaslighting from the crazy gang
