DISGRACED ex-Labour MP Fiona Onasanya has been struck off as a solicitor after lying to dodge a speeding ticket.
The former MP for Peterborough was jailed for perverting the course of justice last year by claiming someone else was driving her car. 'What I do know is that I am in good biblical company, along with Joseph, Moses, Daniel and his three Hebrew friends, who were each found guilty by the courts of their day.

In the USA she likely would've been prosecuted, too, but she would've retained her law licence as the offenses described would be considered low-level crimes. Were she disbarred, there would've been the opportunity to re-apply for it after a decent time interval. Too Harsh?
