The Kilmarnock boss' stock is on the rise again after guiding Killie to fourth place and a spot in the Europa League qualifiers. Wins over both of the Glasgow clubs along the way caught the eye with McInnes being touted as the natural successor to Steve Clarke for when the Scotland boss eventually moves on.
One Super Scoreboard caller however, isn't for Clement ripping it up in the close season. Instead, he wants McInnes appointed and a number of Kilmarnock stars to come with him. "He says he doesn't want a rebuild but he's getting rid of the manager and wants a good few Kilmarnock players in, so that's pretty much the start of a rebuild. You bring a new manager in, you bring a new staff in. You bring a new staff in, you bring in totally new ideas and a different philosophy of how you play.
