With July’s gathering falling on the 17th anniversary of the London bombings, attendees will look back at what lessons have been learned since the coordinated attack that killed 52 people and injured hundreds more.A spokesperson for Light Foundation said: “Our monthly programmes are open to all people from all faiths and none, and from all backgrounds and ways of life.
“It’s a non-judgemental forum for open and honest discussions, based upon mutual respect, and an opportunity to understand and get to know other’s perspectives, traditions and cultures. “We focus our discussion based on ideas that unite and concern us as a community, and encourage working together for the common good.”
’17 years on: What have we learned from the 7/7 terror attacks?’ will take place tomorrow at 7.30pm at Quaker Meeting House in St George’s Road, Deepdale.
