Speaking at an event with Kazakh Foreign Minister Marat Nurtleu he also met with President Qasym-Zhomart Toqaev, Cameron stressed that London wasn't asking Central Asian countries to disavow either China or Russia. 'We're here because we believe you should be able to make a choice to partner with us in a way that is good for both ,' Cameron said. Moscow is unlikely to view things that way.
