LOVE Island winner Dani Dyer's boyfriend allegedly scammed two elderly men out of £34,000 by posing as a financial investor.Dani Dyer's boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, pictured, allegedly scammed two elderly men out of £34,000 by posing as a financial investor, is accused of duping the men by running S&S Trading Ltd for two and a half years.
Kimmence, from Rayleigh, Essex, allegedly took the clients on when the business stopped operating, falsely claiming he was authorised to provide financial services.Today Kimmence, dressed in a smart two-piece black suit with his dark hair slicked back, appeared before a judge at Portsmouth Crown Court, Hants.
At today's 15 minute plea and trial preparation hearing, Mr Mason said: "We anticipate this is a three or four day trial.Dani won Love Island with ex Jack Fincham "You must attend your trial and if you fail to do so it may proceed in your absence. Meanwhile you have bail until June 29."
