A dad has been slapped with a parking fine because his car's shadow was in disabled parking spot, he has claimed.The self-employed gardener was "gobsmacked" when he received a letter this month which alleged he had parked illegally.
Appeal against the parking fine. If they dont listen to you on the telephone, go to the address of where the office is and get somebody to record you requesting to speak to the person in charge. If you dont get the penalty notice deleted, name and shame the organisation online.
