No, he’s not entitled to use a disabled bay; even if the car park is busy. If someone disabled pulled up and there’s nowhere they can park, what do they do
Unfortunately. Those using a bay for the disabled states .... display a valid badge. If u can’t how is a parking attendant meant to no it was a pee n not a shopping trip u were taking. How would the appeals panel no ur telling the truth too. Think this 1 is a lesson !!
