Please care to elaborate what the supposed crisis and or headache in British Virgin Islands is or are post Colonial period..

Why UK doesn't incorporate these post colonial places as another council or boroughs like France has done for its territories as arrondissement, as an extension of Paris I don't know. It'll make them fully British, same elections, investment funding etc.
