Crash suspect who left for US named

On Saturday, the US State Department said diplomatic immunity was"rarely waived" but Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab urged the US Embassy to reconsider., diplomats and their family members are immune from prosecution in their host country, so long as they are not nationals of that country. However, their immunity can be waived by the state that has sent them.

Send her a court date and if she doesn’t attend, convict her in her absence. Civil claim, maybe against her or the US.

I have no words to describe this woman who is a mother , I only hope the act of cruelty is on her mind every waking hour .

This woman needs to hand herself in. The family say it wasn’t her fault, but by her being in the UK she should have paid more attention to her driving. By her driving on the wrong side, she was always going to hit someone head on. This lad needs justice 💔

I do feel so very sorry for this young mans family, as I saw it on the news last night. This lady needs to return to the UK and do the right thing. Terrible situation for this poor family.

Anne needs to get back and take responsibility for her actions. US needs to revoke that diplomats status.

The worse thing is that she promised the family she would stay and they used diplomatic immunity to leave them without any hope.
