You should also fine the school, why would you hire out a venue when there’s a national lockdown. We all know the rules on gathering indoors there’s no excuses, unless they did know what it was been used for !
The school is just as culpable as the event organisers. It’s reckless behaviour like this allowing the virus to spread like wildfire. Fines are not enough - maybe the threat of prison would deter idiots.
