“Our clear message is that you can have every confidence in the safety, in the effectiveness and in the quality” of the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine Dr June Raine, head of British regulator the MHRA, speaks from Downing Street

Care home groups have welcomed the news that the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine will begin being rolled out in the UK from next week.

"This should mean that the mass rollout of the vaccinations can now begin in earnest to those residents and all vulnerable people - particularly those in care homes and the staff that care for them - as a priority." The Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine can be stored in a standard fridge - unlike the Pfizer-BioNTech jab which needs ultra cold storage at minus 70C.

The brilliance of hindsight

Think on your sins June, and do your job, you are not reporting the extremely high levels of deaths and adverse reactions to these experimental Jabs, only authorised for emergency use with total immunity from legal proceedings should anything happen. MHRApress should be ashamed

Don't trust MHRA advice, follow science and manufacturer's advice only!

BBCScotlandNews Reassurance is nice. Having the ability to hold a Pharmaceutical company to account if it all goes tits up is even better. Have the UK government dropped the no right to sue clause for this particular vaccine? Asking for me.

So after all the misinformation we can be confident in a vaccine for a virus that was classed as non HCID by the CDC on March 19th 2020 🤔

Sorry but I will wait for the EU approval. The UK took shortcuts one again.

BBCWorld 7 billion potential customers 😎 Marketing, marketing, marketing 😂 😂 Big pharma be like 🤑🤑🤑🤑🦠💉

Please help! My son has chronic illness (lyme & pyrolle disease). I can no longer afford his medical bills after losing my job to Covid. He's high risk. We are really struggling and he's been so sick all year. Please RT; I appreciate any support. 🌼

Dr Raine can take it and I will come back in a couple of years then 🙄

The 'safe' Oxford vaccine will be immune from liability. 'AstraZeneca to be exempt from coronavirus vaccine liability claims in most countries.'

What about transplant patients?

No Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid vaccine just AstraZeneca Covid vaccine has Oxford been dropped already !!!

BBCWorld I think you forgot about this

BBCWorld There is nothing more effective than a war, at least you have the possibility of dying honorably and not in a bed.

Lies and fairy tales 👁️

BBCWorld Regarding vaccine as a miracle cure a panacea without proof it will eradicate the virus is catastrophic

Vaccines need to have long term testing. How can you guarantee something that has just not been around a long time?

BBCWorld It’s as low as 60% effective

BBCWorld

But not the roll-out as government is sure to screw it up.

We will still mess up the roll out Then Ferguson and his cohorts will poor piss on it..

Well, I'll be taking it.... And I hope they blacklist you all from your freedoms for not doing so. The more people that don't get vaccinated, the less likely we are to stop this thing and get some normality back...

BBCWorld And this spectacular vaccine won't be accepted elsewhere, with fluctating 60-90% of effectiveness. Good job, UK!

BBCWorld 10Q for the info!

BBCScotlandNews Bullshite. The vaccine testing programmes still have 2 plus years to go. No prior animal tests either. We are all now part of the ongoing testing and you, the regulator, are financed by these pharma giants. You have skin in the game and can’t be trusted.

Lies, they can't even be honest about it not being a vaccine, it doesn't stop you contracting or spreading it

BBCPolitics Its only 70% if that versus 95% for Pfizer The NHS/Schools / Vulnerable Parents/ People should be prioritized For Pfizer.

I hope society is aware that they can sue medical practitioners who administer the vaccine AND are aware that the vaccine is not safe. If found guilty, medical practitioners will lose their licence as a result of misconduct. 🙏

BBCPolitics The message might be clear, where can we look at the evidence?

MHRA rationale for new funding : -development of vaccines unpredictable -EXPECT high volume of ADVERSE DRUG REACTIONS ... who will be liable?

BBCWorld Anthony says hi to everyone , a recent powerball lottery winner. Due to the covid19 pandemic on Americans I really wanna help Send me a DM if you need help paying down your credit card , I'm helping as many Americans as I can. God bless America.

BBCWorld If you happen to see this tweet, could you please share my moms campaign? She recently beat covid and suffered a lot of health complications. We need some assistance getting her back on her feet. Thank you for donations, shares and prayers!

BBCPolitics This is how the zombie apocalypse starts.

So we have a pfizer vaccine now this one, seems like they just want to pump everyone with loads of shit and hopefully it has no long suffering consequences. I'm all for a vaccine but not a rushed concoction of drugs that's not been studied properly

They seem desperate to convince us...some nobody with a sales pitch, some talentless tiktok celebrities saying they will take it, some old biddy saying it's the best day of her life, Wancock on a loop..I aint convinced

No one will be leave her then

Has he been vaccinated? If yes I can then consider it.

Where are we getting bbc news? I’m fed up with Christmas movies. Get back to normal!

bbcsoutheast If people decide not to take the vaccine then fine - it moves me up the list
