COVID-19: Donald Trump suggests he won't sign $892bn coronavirus relief package

The package was part of a hard-fought compromise bill that includes $1.4tn to fund government departments until September.

The outgoing US president made his remarks on Tuesday having earlier pardoned 15 people including his 2016 campaign adviser George Papadopoulos.
