Post a self-portrait to your Instagram grid with a caption explaining what beauty means to you in 2020. If you find it helpful, start your caption with: ‘What I see when I look in the mirror…’ You could also tag a friend whose story deserves to be heard too.Post by Monday 12 October 2020.

For a chance to be photographed for the cover of Grazia, you must be able to travel to London on 24 October 2020 for a socially distanced photo shoot. Bauer is able to pay up to £50 for travel or subsistence expenses incurred. Images from the shoot will be used in the issue of Grazia on sale Tuesday 17 November 2020.
