I don’t generally eat a whole lot of red meat, mainly becuz I eat kosher & I’m too lazy to meal prep far enough in advance to be able to eat dairy at night (which I prefer) if I eat red meat thru the day But I think I’m going to go on a red meat binge Grow muscle to own the libs

My papa did the same, but still succumbed to Colon cancer and was a type 2 diabetic.... so no need...eat till death ribeye steak
