Corrie's Jude Riordan reveals trouble with working with dad on soap

Coronation Street actor Jude Riordan has given fans a chuckle as he shared the difficulties his dad faced while working with him on the ITV soap. The young star, who plays Sam Blakeman, revealed that his father, Paul Riordan, also works in television.

Although he's worked on Coronation Street before, Paul has returned to work on new scenes. However, when he continued his work at home, he ran into an issue.Jude shared a video on his Instagram page, which is overseen by his parents, featuring one of their family dogs, Rufus. It seems the canine is familiar with Corrie's famous theme tune, even when it's not being played on the TV at 8pm on certain weeknights.

And his fans and followers were quick to respond. @joanneclark1971 said: "Haha - brilliant our cocker used to do the same whenever Corrie came on."
