Couples in England who are in 'established relationships' will no longer have to socially distance if they do not live together, the government has confirmed

"What exactly qualifies as an established relationship? Are you sunk if you weren't dating by March?" one asked. The Department of Health did not reply to a request to clarify what constitutes an"established relationship".

The latest advice also concedes"it may not always be possible or practicable to maintain social distancing when providing care to a young child, or person with a disability or health condition". He also corrected the foreign secretary, who said earlier people could only order food in a fast-food chain from the table - confirming that rule only applies to"licenced premises" with exemptions for businesses such as cinemas.

As long as you’ve been to Barnham castle on a date you can class it as an establish relationship - that’s right isn’t it?

This is funny .... “established relationship” is a NEW word for me ...

What about fathers or mothers who have limited access with their children.?

Yet another confusing message from the Government.

🤣🤣🤣

If the government really believes young couples have been denying themselves sex just on their say so, they are deluding themselves.

So meeting someone new is a criminal offence now?

Lol

This is the worst news yet!

Shaggers law

And established relationships with your parents? grandparents?

😅

Not even 24 hours, and Boris is back peddling already. Jeezzzz 😡

Good news for all you cats out there having long term affairs.

I honestly thought I had heard it all but this is beyond dictatorship wtf

Does paying by American Express establish long term friendship ?

No one cares anymore. Government not got a clue

Why did this need “the government to say”?

This reminds me of when I was stationed in Northern Ireland (1977-79), & if out alone, you had to be in by midnight unless you were 'engaged to someone in the local community', in which case it was 2 a.m. Guess what....

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 CORONA HOAX

What if it's a casual shag on the side?

Quick everybody gets established relationship. 🤣🤣

What this was not a thing ages ago wasn’t it 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣

Yay! Me and my bf can spend more time together. I just need to let him know...that he's my bf! 👍🏾👍🏾

Ahh, thats nice of ingsoc to allow them to meet.

was this even a rule?
