Watch how quickly China runs to the rescue of many countries in need of food, just like they did with medical supplies. Kinda the thing a 1 super power in the world would do.

If UN is right and 30m die of starvation, then all govs have moral obligation to not lock down & absorb 'minor' losses to save 30M. But there is no global moral center, just hindsight moral bankruptcy, when it's too late.
