India reopened neighbourhood stores on Saturday, which many of the country’s 1.3 billion people rely on. The country’s extremely strict lockdown was imposed on 24 March, and with only a few hours’ warning, causing widespread anger in the population. But the relaxation of the restrictions came with significant caveats, the Associated Press reports. Hundreds of quarantined towns and other infection hotspots are exempt from the eased measures.
GiovannaJoanne7 Crap!
If I was in the UK where all my family are I'd be looking to Asia rather than what UK gov advises. Trouble is Europe has been brainwashed into thinking Asian countries can't be trusted. I feel so much safer here than if I was in the UK. Masks, testing, tracking & proper lockdown.
There are dozens of sad stories in which the person recovered, returned to their lives, gym, fitness and then got it again and died within days.
This suggests a pre-determined decision was made in the UK, based on previous epidemics not based on a rigorous assessment of the known and unknown risks associated with a new and poorly understood deadly airborne virus... which had recently jumped from another mammal species.
So to hell with it WHO
How the hell should we believe you ...tralala..
China must have told them to say that
This guys are confused oooo Mad o
The same guys who told us there isn't human to human transmission. And given this, it means vaccines can't work.
so if it mutatates into a different strain you get another disease that will last with you like chicken pox
BiancaJagger WEll we all get colds and corona caused flu many times, why is this nonsense report of nothing considered to be news.
40% cases are of relapse
And the vaccine!
metaauthor Well. We know that there are multiple strains of the disease. It would make sense you can catch it again. The WHO is actually probably right this time.
We need to fact check the WHO nowadays
I take it there's no evidence that you can either
Saying 'there's no evidence you can't get Covid-19 twice' isn't the same a saying 'there IS evidence you CAN get it twice'...which of these is WHO actually trying to say---plain speaking (rather than clever, double-negative, linguistic acrobatics) would be useful.
Is that a double negative! ...or just another 'there is no evidence' statement ? Who knows ? One thing's for sure ... WHO doesn't.
WHO has been wrong throughout so I will wait on US studies to make conclusions.
Nobody beleived WHO anymore
im a liberal and i realised you should never trust the guardian
Didn't the WHO also say there was no evidence of human to human transmission 😂😂😂
I think a that is required No evidence that you can't Am I right?
seems a lot of folks want to prove WHO wrong.
not saying it dont exist but ive not met a single person with the virus.. i dont have kids but i feel sorry for all those businesses and families this ott lockdown has effected
Clickbait nonsense
WHO?
So...... you can then?
