Coronation Street fans taken aback by Leanne Battersby star's age

Coronation Street fans are "not having it" after Leanne Battersby actress Jane Danson shared her real age on her birthday on Thursday.

Robert is also an actor, and starred in Coronation Street from 2008 to 2009 as Jimmy Dockerson, a mechanic and henchman of Tony Gordon, sabotaging the clients of Kevin Webster. Captioning her update, Jane said: "Thank you for so many lovely birthday messages . It’s been a lovely day . You know you’re getting older when you’ve been out for birthday tea but grateful to be back home in your pj’s by 7:15 !!" .
