Jeremy Corbyn vows not to quit as Labour boss and lead party into snap election - as it flops 15 points behind Tories

A FUMING Jeremy Corbyn today vowed NOT to quit as Labour boss and insisted he will lead his party into the next election.

And the speculation was boosted by an attempt to oust Deputy Leader Tom Watson too, who would automatically take over if Mr Corbyn were to step down. They would only decide what way to go after having a special conference with all members after getting a new deal. Mr Corbyn also confirmed today that his top policy aide Andrew Fisher was quitting his role - after he admitted that the party can't win a general election.

He's vowed a lot of things and keeps failing.

Stick in there Jezza, it’s going great 👍

This idiot needs to go, no one will vote Labour with him in charge, we need someone new, someone that people will trust, he has killed the Labour party, and thats why the muppets in charge now are so arrogant, they know Labour has no chance with this plum at the helm

Carry on Corbyn you are doing a great job 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yep, I have been a lifelong labour voter and voted remain but no longer jeremycorbyn and UKLabour do not represent what the people voted for. They will lose the Rhondda seat

I think they will try and get him out instead, hence trying to get rid of Watson 1st so he wouldn’t become leader..all planned imo

Erm, jeremycorbyn. The reason why UKLabour is b hind and detested so much is because YOU are leader!🤔😂 labourpress

Needs to remove the splinter from his backside first to have a chance of winning an election.

achievable but only if jeremycorbyn & his LabourParty politicians sort out their policies of which many are sounding good while other need serious revamps & then the guaranteed pledges to be delivered upon which fail many parties ?

Labour Party should have two deputy leaders, Corbyn saysThe words come after an attempt to scrap deputy leader Tom Watson's position on the first day of the party conference.
