Daly, who just completed his third consecutive fulltime season in IndyCar, will compete in the Oct. 9 Cup race on the Charlotte Roval driving the No. 50 Chevrolet for The Money Team.
Daly, 30, has one career start in NASCAR’s Xfinity Series and two in Trucks, with his most recent start in 2021. “Everyone who has supported me in the IndyCar Series is now giving me an opportunity to expand my horizons in the Cup Series. I can’t wait to race against all of the incredible drivers in the field.”

What is needed for W Series to get a woman into F1F1 CEO Domenicali suggested it would likely be at least another five years before a woman could get into F1, but what actually needs to be done by the W Series to make it happen? WSeries I think the solution is rather simple. The W series champion should get a seat in F2. If they do well enough there, they can bump up to F1. Not really that complicated. Another 500 at least I think. End W series. Easy.
