'The last few years I've really, really struggled' 💚

During today's episode of Loose Women, the panel discussed a new book written by a woman who has been battling a sleep disorder for 25 years. Host Ruth Langsford then revealed that Coleen has been suffering from a similar ailment, Chronicle Live reports.

Ruth addressed a finding that one in three people struggle with insomnia, before remarking: "And it's something Coleen...we didn't know until this morning actually... we're good friends, we talk about a lot of things; but you said for the last couple of years, you've suddenly developed insomnia."Coleen replied: "I've never ever had a problem with sleeping; I was called the door mouse of the family. I can sleep anywhere on trains, anything, I can sleep.

She continued: I used to think 'Oh just got to sleep' as every day it was like 'I didn't sleep again,' and I was like 'Oh, she just moans. And I actually phoned her up and said 'I don't know how you've done it,' because it is the most frustrating, tiring and makes me angry." Former Celebrity Big Brother winner Coleen was back on the panel of the ITV show for its second show of the week, joining host Ruth Langsford and colleagues Janet Street-Porter and Kelly Holmes for the hour long live broadcast, which saw them discuss the damning review into the Met Police and be joined by Strictly Ballroom musical stars Kevin Clifton and Faye Brookes.

Headteacher to refuse Ofsted inspection following Ruth Perry deathHeadteacher of Caversham Primary School, Ruth Perry, took her own life on 8 January after a damning Ofsted report downgraded the school's overall rating from outstanding to inadequate. Good for her. Ofsted is as useless an indicator of quality as the CQC. Tell you nothing of systems and culture, only who's best at PR. I once had training from actors in advance of a CQC inspection. Useless. I refuse to take my car for an MOT ever again Incase I'm told it's inadequate to drive and it damages my mental health
