Opioids are incredibly addictive to both body & mind & should only ever be used short term as with all other drugs. Exercise is crucial in pain management & yes it needs to start somewhere and will be incredibly painful to start with but it will largely go.

Sorry but that's stupid. Having experienced it first-hand exercise doesn't help for ****, and neither does therapy. I tried for years to manage the pain, you just can't, and Tylenol doesn't work either. Opioids at least they work.
