Many major shops tend to reduce their opening times on Christmas Eve to give staff a well-deserved extended break over the holidays, while some have chosen to remain closed completely this year. Stores will then remain closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, before reopening as normal from Tuesday, December 27.B&M B&M stores across the country will be also operating at reduced hours on Christmas Eve, with the majority open from 8am-6pm.
IKEA All IKEA stores across Scotland will remain closed on Christmas Eve this year and will remain closed on Christmas Day.
