A Christian factory worker has won more than £22,000 for religious discrimination after being fired for refusing to take off a crucifix necklace.
if it was muslim it would be a different story
You do not need to wear a cross under Christian ethics in fact you are not supposed to have idols or adornments so they should have taken off necklace. In care jobs it is quite dangerous to wear jewellery.
So the necklace was not a hazard, the crucifix on it is not relevant.
